Position: Social Media and Outreach Editor and Lead News Editor
Lauren Washington is currently a senior at AFS. She has contributed to the Blue and White since her freshmen year. It is Washington’s first year as editor of social media and outreach and team leader for the news section. Her remarkable articles include Behinds the Scenes, of Fashion at AFS, Renaissance: A New Beginning, and Memories in Motion. Outside the Blue and White, Washington serves as debate club’s founder and clerk and plays tennis and golf. She is excited to deepen her passion for journalism in the 2025-2026 school year!
